Beautiful days accompanied us and our guests through the month of April, including a pleasant Easter period. For many guests it was holiday season, and thus the opportunity to take a trip to the African bush. The nights are now a little cooler, but no one is disturbed, because dinners at the boma fire under the African starry sky are still possible, and the sleep quality in the cooler room is just perfect. The “Super 7” in Madikwe – Lions, Elephants, Rhinos, Buffalos, Leopards, Cheetahs and Wild Dogs

A special thanks to all of Rhulani’s Rangers: Sean, Alasdair and Riaan. Over the last months, I could see all of the Big Five (Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, Leopard) and also the Super Seven animals (which includes Cheetahs and the famous Wild Dogs of Madikwe). Of course, besides the Super 7, each of the great Game Drives also offered a lot of small, fascinating or rare wildlife species – like an Aardwolf or Chameleons.
