Some people say it is sad that the internet is available in safari lodges, as part of the bush feeling gets lost. Others say a wifi access nowadays is just a commodity and a “must” in a five star hotel. Anyway, surfing the web is as normal today as brushing your teeth - even in Rhulani.

Rhulani Safari Lodge is constantly growing, for our guests, but also behind the scenes. Follow Rolf today, when he walks through the new area in the backyard of the many, small wooden houses, which form our new “Wendy City”. Take especially a look at the newly equipped “Pilot Room”.

Today we are at the “Lion Boma” in the very north of the reserve. Here we find the three female cheetahs who are getting used to the new environment. After many failed attempts, the hope of the reserve to finally build up a cheetah population rests on these three beautiful cats.

Rhulani Safari Lodge is located just 400 kilometers from Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport. It is a distance, which you can drive yourself in 4 to 5 hours on very good roads. However, if you want to rest after a long flight, we offer a private transfer with our partner “Africa on Route”.
