Rhulani Insights 122 – On the top of Madikwe

  • August 18, 2019 | Rhulani Safari Lodge

Look behind the scenes of Rhulani Safari Lodge.

The highest point of the Madikwe Reserve is a hill called “Tswene Tswene”. From here you have a breathtaking view over the 75,000 hectare park and much further. In today's blog we enjoy the sunset at this special place.

Today, Rhulani’s head ranger Sean drives with Rolf the adventurous, steep road up to this veritable vantage point. The thrill is soon forgotten as soon as the overwhelming panoramic view of the Madikwe Reserve lies at your feet.

Accompany Rolf in today's blog at a very special Sundowners, which shows the vastness and beauty of the reserve from a new perspective.

“Life is like a landscape. You live in the midst of it but can describe it only from the vantage point of distance.” – Charles Lindbergh, American Aviator

Stay tuned for the next episode on Sunday 1 September when we take a look at our Cocktail List on the new SuitePad at the bar.
