Rhulani Insights 140 – Bird hide at Inkwe pan

  • April 26, 2020 | Rhulani Safari Lodge

Look behind the scenes of Rhulani Safari Lodge.

Not far from Rhulani Safari Lodge is a beautiful watering hole for the animals, called “Inkwe pan”. There is also a bird hide, a small wooden house to observe the animals. We go and have a look today with Sean.

Rhulani is responsible for maintaining this small observation post. It is such a beautiful spot so that one could easily spend hours watching the animals that get to the water. This sheltered place is also perfect for bird watching. Hence the name "bird hide".

Rolf and Sean pass by at the right time. The sunset casts a beautiful light on Inkwe Pan. The calm is unique. Enjoy with us these moments!
