Rhulani Insights 168 – At the end of the Pandemic

  • February 27, 2022 | Rhulani Safari Lodge

Look behind the scenes of Rhulani Safari Lodge.

In view of the general developments around COVID and the sharp increase in booking numbers in Rhulani, we dare to make the cautious statement: We are at the end of the two-year pandemic. Rolf welcomes all our future guests and presents the "COVID Convenience Pack", which all our visitors still receive, and confirms the protection concepts that continue to apply.

At the time of writing this blog, international travelers are still required to present a negative PCR test to enter South Africa. But since the danger of the pandemic is at the lowest “Level 1”, there should be nothing that could affect the quality of the trip.

Especially not in Rhulani, where we are in the solitude and freedom of wild nature, far from the challenges of the pandemic. As a high-standard hotel in the bush, however, we are still committed to living the agreed COVID-standards and thus offering our guests the desired safety.

“If we've learned anything from the COVID-19 pandemic, it's the importance of planning ahead.” – Ned Lamont, American Politician

We hope that the "Convenience pack" with mask, soap, disinfectant and soap will soon only be a souvenir of a phase of life that marked us all.

Stay tuned for the next episode on 13 March when we have a chat with Rhulani’s new Manager Jacky.
