The conference room has become a “Leisure Room”

We have used the silent time of pre-Christmas for further renovations at the lodge. The work focused on our conference room, the dining room and the public restrooms, and we think that our guests will be excited about the reforms. This is in line with our ambition to provide a flawless and beautiful safari lodge for our guests. 

The work fits in smoothly with our ”#RhulaniNEXT concept” of updating and modernizing our infrastructure, yet maintaining the flair of a bush lodge embedded in nature. This delicate task has been taken on for years by our partner Heather Grobler from “Flipswitch interior design”.

Our traditional conference room has become a real "Leisure Room". This can now be used, on request, for a formal board meeting, as well as for a cozy discussion with lounge atmosphere, for a private meal or even for an evening watching a soccer game, as there is a huge TV screen. The movable pieces of furniture give us many options to equip the space according to the wishes of our guests.

Our dining room has also been improved in terms of flexibility. We have added smaller tables which give us more options to tailor the evening set-up to our guest constellation, ensuring the privacy you need at dinner. On the ceiling you will notice our new, fantastic hanging lights, which give the room a special flair.

Lastly, an embellishment happened in the two restrooms of the main area, where you will see a new decor and new artwork, which immediately catch the eye.

As with any major renovation, we hope we have met the tastes of our guests, and we look forward to the feedback.
