Look behind the scenes at Rhulani Safari Lodge.
This evening, Rolf is making a susprise visit to a particularly beautiful spot at Rhulani Safari Lodge, namely the so-called "Kopano Lounge," where dinner will be served under the open sky with a view of the surrounding nature. Let's chat with Cynthia, Innocentia, and George, who are currently decorating the tables – and what do you think we'll be having for dinner?
Music with dinner is an insult both to the cook and the violinist.
"Kopano" is a local word meaning "meeting," "gathering," "coming together," or "union." It's a perfect fit for this semicircular, intimate space, which we regularly use for dinner as part of our rotating dinner system.
Our service team is still busy decorating the tables in the dim daylight, while our guests are still out on safari in the bush with their ranger. The table arrangement is carefully planned according to the current group composition, ensuring that each party can fully enjoy the necessary privacy and the tranquility of the African bush.
Stay tunes for the next episode on 18 October when we show you our increased diesel tank capacity.
