Rhulani Safari Lodge hosts 12th on-site training with South African Butler Academy
At Rhulani Safari Lodge, we believe that excellence in hospitality is a continuous journey. For the 12th time, we proudly welcomed the South African Butler Academy (SABA) to our lodge for an immersive on-site training program. This long-standing partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainability and community development through education and skill-building.
This year’s edition focused on enhancing service excellence across all departments, with special emphasis on our housekeeping and food & beverage teams, who underwent advanced training to achieve the prestigious Hotel Butler Certification offered by SABA. This certification is more than a qualification—it represents a deep understanding of butler-style service, which is all about anticipating guest needs and creating unforgettable experiences.
Offering butler services to all our guests is one of the ways Rhulani stands out, and we are proud to continuously invest in our team to uphold the highest standards of personalized service.
