Rhulani Safari Lodge has appointed Chris Altenkirk as general manager, effective 1 August 2014. Chris is a qualified ranger and joined Rhulani in March 2012. Since then he has demonstrated his passion for the bush, great commitment to Rhulani, and ability to form excellent relationships with guests. 

Chris was appointed as assistant manager one year ago, and will take over the position from Grant Korsten, who will take up a new professional challenge. 

We are happy that thanks to Chris's experience, we will be able to provide continuity in our operations and in the quality of service to our guests. 

We wish Chris good luck and satisfaction in this challenging role. 

We also want to thank Grant for his outstanding work during many years at Rhulani, and wish him all the best in his not-easy return to city life.
