It is with pleasure and pride that Rhulani Safari Lodge announces the result of the annual assessment by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa (TGCSA). Not only we did confirm our 5-star rating, we also achieved the best result in our history.

Given our focus on quality, the five stars belong to Rhulani like the sun belongs to South Africa or the wild dogs belong to Madikwe.

Nevertheless, it is always a pleasure and motivation for all our staff that is working so hard when the TGCSA visits us and gives us a confirmation of our quality and services.

With a total of 96 points (out of a possible 100), we achieved the best result of all time and thus put an end to possible speculation that the pandemic might result in lower quality.

Specifically, the report mentions how we beautified our Front Garden, implemented all COVID-19 protocols (including gift packs for guests), and how we offer a distinctive and modern service with the tablets for the guests in the rooms.

In view of the strongly increasing number of bookings, we are well prepared to offer all our guests a high-quality stay and a great safari in the African bush.
