Every year: Well coordinated with the global "Rhino Day", an event with lots of activities and information about endangered rhinos took place in the Madikwe Game Reserve. No question that Rhulani was present this time too, and that some of our guests were also fascinated by this important topic.

So we spent a whole morning out here in the fresh air and got an interesting, educational update on the situation of rhino poaching in South Africa, from which the Madikwe Reserve is not spared despite first-class technology and a comprehensive concept. Everyone present could see that the successes in the fight against poaching are impressive.

The guests present also got their money's worth in terms of cuisine and were able to buy one or two souvenirs, which will remind them of a unique day and brought us some financial resources for a good cause. Fortunately, the sky was rather overcast on this Saturday morning, so the approximately 5km long traditional walk within the reserve was easy to manage.
