A community web spider, also known as a social spider, lives in colonies and cooperates to build large, communal webs for shelter and prey capture. These spiders exhibit communal behavior, sharing tasks like web maintenance, prey immobilization, and brood care. Their sticky webs trap insects, and the spiders work together to drag the food into the shared nest for communal feeding.
