We all love the environment, but we have placed creatures above people. A rat is a rat.
We have a visit from them every two months, and they primarily inspect the kitchen, storage areas, guest areas, and, of course, the guest chalets. We carefully selected Smartsenz as our partner because all the substances they use are compatible with our sustainability standards.
