Our guests usually believe that power supply is not so stable here in the African bush, and that electricity usually fails during a thunderstorm. This is actually true. But at Rhulani we have a potent power generator, which ensures a continuous power supply for the lodge operation.

In today's Rhulani Insight's let's go to the small room in the backyards of Rhulani, where our power generator is located, safe and protected. Rhulani's Assistant Manager Riaan explains this valuable device to us.

The generator gives us the assurance that we do not have to worry about the power supply at any time. Our work continues normally, and our guests will not notice anything in their chalet. Light, internet and water heating work. The generator ensures that we can bridge any failures. If electricity gets interrupted, it only takes a few seconds, and the generator kicks in - automatically.
