The lodge achieved an impressive 96 out of a possible 100 points, maintaining its hallmark standard of luxury and excellence.
The comprehensive assessment, conducted by TGCSA Assessor Laetitia van Rensburg, commended Rhulani for its impeccable guest experience, refined design, and commitment to environmental stewardship. The lodge’s performance was rated 100% in Bathrooms, Bedrooms, and Housekeeping, and over 90% across all evaluated categories, earning it continued recognition as a Five-Star Game & Nature Lodge with a Birding Accolade.
Among the report’s highlights, the assessor praised Rhulani’s outstanding service team, elegantly appointed suites, and exceptional attention to detail in both décor and guest amenities. The installation of a reverse osmosis plant and composting system were noted as major sustainability achievements, enhancing both guest comfort and environmental responsibility.
