5 star grading confirmed with even higher score

  • June 14, 2018 | Rhulani Safari Lodge

Rhulani Safari Lodge informs that the annual assessment by the “Tourism Grading Council of South Africa” brought us the expected confirmation of our 5-star grading.

Rolf Steiner, owner of Rhulani Safari Lodge, commented: "We have even been successful in increasing the overall score from 93% to 95% compared to last year, which is a tribute to our ongoing efforts to train our employees, expand the services to our guests, and to invest in the lodge infrastructure. We are happy that this has been noted and rated positively.”

The hotel rating is valid for one year until May 31, 2019.

In summary, the assessment report writes: “Rhulani Game Lodge the recipient of several coveted awards in the tourism industry is situated on the western side of the Madikwe Game Reserve. All the buildings are placed in such a way that they blend into the natural habitat. There are two game drives per day for the guests through the game reserve with its abundance of wildlife, including the Big Five. Furthering the African experience, the guests are treated to singing during dinner by the staff, a truly memorable occasion, especially your foreign guests whom have not had the experience of listening to these beautiful voices. There is an excellent level of supervision evident throughout this property. It is recommended that this property retains its 5 Star Grading status.”
