Look behind the scenes of Rhulani Safari Lodge.

Today Rolf presents the two new Assistant Managers of Rhulani: Carla and Riaan. Carla works in the front of house, is responsible for the office and operations, and she takes care of our guests at the lodge. Riaan is a qualified field guide and he takes care of our guests on game drives in the bush.

Carla and Riaan are a couple who decided to spend their lives together in the bush. For someone who falls in love with this special environment and decides to spend his or her life in the wilderness, it is a great luck to find a partner with whom you can share the same passions and build a life together far away from the city.

In today's episode we want to know more about working as a couple in the bush. Wouldn’t it be sometimes desirable, to have a little more distance from each other? How much is it of a challenge when you spend literally every minute with your partner at work and in your private life? Certainly interesting questions, but at least for Carla and Riaan, this is absolutely no problem. The advantages far outweigh the disadvantages.
