Since two months, Iketle, the cheetah female sponsored by Rhulani, lives in freedom. We eagerly hope that the endangered animal settles in well and will get pregnant later this year. In the meantime, Iketle provides surprising headlines.This week, we found her outside the reserve!

We come across this lonely lion male who walks aimlessly through the bush, and he roars loudly. We will soon realize that the mighty lion is looking for his brother, and has so far not received a response from him. A little later, the two brothers will find each other again.

In today’s blog we get a glimpse of a recurring renovation work. All our buildings have a thatched roof, from which we hope that it stays tight in the rainy season. From time to time, the dry grass is no longer absorbent and must be completely replaced.
